Woolpit Festival – Privacy Policy

As a registered charity, it is important for us to maintain a database of people whom we can contact about our future events, together with news regarding the Festival, and the work that we do. We operate as a group of volunteers to bring live performances in music, drama, and the spoken word to local audiences within, and surrounding, the mid-Suffolk area. We only ever collect and store contact data (name, address, email, telephone) and this is never shared with any third party. We retain this data in a secure encrypted format, with records being held electronically for a maximum of 3 years. If you wish to continue to receive information about the Woolpit Festival, please let us know by emailing info@woolpit-festival.co.uk. Thank you for your support.
